The LIVING AREA is very spacious, featuring an extendable sofa that can easily accommodate 2 people for sleeping. It also includes a Smart UHD TV with a Netflix account. The area has a dining space for 4 people.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped to meet everyone's needs, from those who wish to make a simple omelet in the morning to those who want to cook complex dishes. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, stove, hood, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, washing machine, and an automatic clothes dryer. "- Locatie oarecum aproape de centru (7 minute cu autoturism sau 20 min pe jos) - Camerele sunt mari spatioase, baile foarte mari, designul apartamentului frumos - Liniste - Cazarea se face fara a intalni managerul/proprietarul. Dupa rezervare ti se ofera un link cu directii si indicatii (cum poti gasi cazarea, pe unde intrii, care este codul pentru ridicarea cheii din locker etc). - Cafea (capsule) oferita de catre gazda - Jaluzele la toate geamurile controlate prin telecomanda - Televizor in fiecare camera"

"- Reclama falsa la Parcare Gratuita. Oricine citeste "Parcare gratuita" intelege ca are un loc rezervat exclusiv pentru cel care se cazeaza, unde poate parca gratuit. In realitate parcarea este si citez proprietarul "In functie de disponibilitate", adica primul venit primul servit. De fapt proprietarul se contrazicea singur, spunand ca ba are loc privat, ba de fapt e pe strada in fata blocului. Noi a trebuit primele zile sa stam sa cautam parcari in alte parti iar cand am parcat pe locurile mentionate (rezervate pentru cei cazati) am gasit stergatoarele ridicate. O experienta foarte neplacuta care putea fi evitata punand in dreptul reclamei cu "Parcare gratuita" - in functie de disponibilitate. Macar asa te astepti sa nu gasesti din prima (coborand asteptarile). - Mucegai in baie (da ati citit bine). La o cazare de 600 lei + pe noapte nu te astepti la mucegai, dar uite ca se poate - Bucataria "complet utilata" NU este COMPLET utilata. Singurul lucru pe care l-am gasit sa punem pe plita a fost o TIGAIE (si aia vai de capu ei). Nu sunt oale, nu sunt ibrice, un singur cutit - iar in cazul in care vrei sa le aduci de acasa trebuie sa fie certificate pentru plita cu inductie. - Poate inteleg ca unele consumabile trebuie aduse de noi (cum ar fi ulei, sare etc) dar si vesela? - foarte ciudat este ca proprietarul a investit intr-o masina de spalat vase mare - dar a omis sa cumpere niste seturi mai mari de farfurii (am gasit doar 5 farfurii mari si cateva mici, 5 pahare mari si cateva micute). Ideea este ca intr-un apartament de 3 camere se cazeaza 4-5 oameni, este nevoie de mai multa vesela. - Centrala picura - era pus sub ea o sticla de 5L taiata pe jumatate sa adune apa + o carpa care sa absoarba surplusul care dadea pe afara. Mirosea foarte urat din cauza aceasta - si a trebuit sa arunc eu apa din sticla ca sa nu mai dea pe afara. - Apartamenul nu a mai fost renovat de foarte mult timp - usa din baie nu se mai inchidea, o clanta statea sa cada, peretii murdari si zgariati. Toate aceste lucruri probabil ar fi fost mai bine de suportat daca ne-ar fi anuntat in prealabil, dar toate experientele de mai sus le-am descoperit noi la cazare. Per total nu ne vom mai intoarce."
